Services and Fees
Couples Therapy
My typical couples therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes long and cost $175 a session. However, the first couples therapy session is longer, usually from around 75-90 minutes, and costs $285. Some couples prefer to ​continue to do longer sessions since 50 minutes can sometimes be limiting, so I also offer extended regular sessions of 75 minutes for $255 or 90 minutes for $315.

I also offer weekend intensives for couples. These intensives are offered at rates of $700 for a one-day intensive (4 hours) or $1400 for a two-day (8 hours total). Intensives give couples the opportunity to do more work in a short period of time, and can be particularly useful for couples who are experiencing an immediate relationship concern, such as the recent discovery of an affair or considering an imminent breakup.

Individual Therapy
The first session for individual therapy is typically 50 minutes at a rate of $170 per session, with sessions after that being 50 minutes at a rate of $150. If you prefer longer sessions, I also offer 75-minute individual sessions at a rate of $225 a session.

Please note: I do not accept insurance but I can provide a superbill that individual clients may submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. Insurance companies require a diagnosis, so I can only give a superbill for cases where there is a diagnosis we are treating. Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not reimburse for couples therapy even with a diagnosis, and I therefore do not send superbills for couples therapy. I will gladly send invoices for couples therapy upon request.
